Membership fee
You can become a member of the Henrik Luoma-Mielty family association by purchasing a membership for a three year period or a lifetime membership. The price of the membership fee will be decided every three years at a family gathering. The price of the fee is currently 20 euros for the three year period and a lifetime membership fee is 200 euros.

Payment
You can pay the membership fee in our shop or via bank transfer.
If you choose bank transfer, the membership fee must be paid to the family association’s account Lakeuden OP FI88 4727 5020 0048 11
The name of the account is Henrik Luoma-Mieltyn sukuseura.
Write all the names of the members you are paying the membership for as the message. Then send everyone’s contact information with the form above to the secretary of the family association.

Reporting your family information to the secretary of the association
Fill in the questionnaire (NOTE: currently the questionnaire is still only in Finnish). Send the questionnaire or the information asked in the questionnaire to Jaana Puskala (sukutiedot(ät)luomamieltynsuku.fi) who is responsible for family material.

The validity of the membership
Your membership is valid if you have paid the current period’s membership fee or you have paid for the lifetime membership fee at any other point in time. A notice of the membership fee will be sent via email/letter which is sent every three years before the next family gathering. In the same letter you will find an invite to the family gathering and meeting etc. Membership fees that are purchased after this letter has been posted will once again be valid for the next three years.
