Contact information
If you belong to Henrik Luoma-Mielty’s family already, you have a family ID card in our own family register. You can join our mailing list or let us know of your updated contact info without the need to become a member. It is important to us that all contact information is up to date if we need to contact you or if we send information about the happenings of the family association and its upcoming events.
Mailing list
From the form above, click on the tab ”You may send me e-mails” to be added to our mailing list. You can also fill this form on behalf of your other family members if you know they want to get news on the family association or their contact information has changed. Remember to also click the ”My contact information may be stored in genealogical register (GDPR)” (Privacy Policy).
Reporting your family information to the register of the association
You can also send your contact information to us if you know you are part of the family but your information is not in our family register yet. If so, please fill this questionnaire (NOTE: currently the questionnaire is still only in Finnish). Changes in your immediate family circle can also be easily informed via the questionnaire. Send the questionnaire or the asked information to Jaana Puskala (sukutiedot(ät)luomamieltynsuku.fi) who is responsible for family material. If you want to know more details, questions can be sent to the association’s secretary (sihteeri(ät)luomamieltynsuku.fi).
Instructions regarding the questionnaire: Save a pdf of the questionnaire on your computer. You can fill the information on your computer straight on the pdf. Remember to save the file. Once you’ve filled in all the boxes with your information, send it to the e-mail address which is stated at the end of the questionnaire. You can also print the questionnaire, fill it and post it to us in a letter.
